Mental health problems affect the society irrespective of the age, family background and job nature. Speaking about our physical health issues is normal but about mental health issues is not encouraged even now.

Social media and growing medical trends are slowly breaking the barriers in mental health conversation. There are various mental health disorders like depression, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety. Once these symptoms rise, we should not hesitate to consult psychiatrist or psychologist based on our needs.
